Which broadband is right for my business?
There are so many options when it comes to choosing broadband, it's difficult to know which is the right one for your business, and which is going to fit your needs. Transcendit can help talk you through all the different options and find you a solution.
What broadband services do we offer?
A standard broadband connection with a low cost and contention ratio. A low contention ratio means that fewer users will be sharing the same bandwidth, making the service faster for everyone.
This is bonded broadband that uses multiple broadband lines to boost performance. It can be a low cost option for increased broadband speed and resilience for any organisation.
The broadband is transmitted along specially made cables, rather than the copper cables used for telephone lines. This is much faster, but only available in certain areas.
This is an Ethernet leased line that may use copper or fibre cables. They use bonded pairs of cables, so that if something happens with one pair, you still have internet access.
This is a connection which is 'dedicated' to your company. This means all the bandwidth is reserved for you, so your speed doesn't drop at peak times.
This is suited for businesses with multiple offices or multiple locations. MPLS allows information sent over this connection to reach its destination faster by using labels to identify what it is, and where its going.
So what should I do next?
Give us a call on 0191 482 0444 with your present broadband phone number, and your full postal address. From there we can work out what broadband options are currently available in your area.
We don't employ salespeople, so when you get in touch you'll be speaking to one of our support engineers. Our support team really know their ASDLs from their MPLSs, and are happy to take as much time as is necessary explaining what each service can provide your business with.
