Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

Things are changing quickly and we are all starting to understand the reality of life with Covid-19. The Transcendit team are generally well and quickly implementing working from home was a big part of that. Due to new guidance from the government I would like to highlight the following:

  1. We will only be visiting a supported site in an urgent situation. New equipment for home working will be delivered direct to you from our suppliers and setup remotely. All other work will be done remotely. If one of our Engineers visits, please help to ensure that all current safety guidelines are followed to protect you and your team as well as our Engineer and their family.
  2. Demand for our services to help assist generally and with remote working is at record levels – we’ve been in business for 20 years and it’s never been this busy. If you have logged a ticket, please be patient as we work through the requests.
  3. Due to greater focus on cash flow we will be invoicing for any equipment on order and in some cases asking for part payment up front. This is necessary to ensure that suppliers will release stock.
