As the impact of the Covid-19 has accelerated we wanted you to know what’s happening with our services:
- Remote working measures put in place last week have put Transcendit in a strong position to be able to continue to assist you as required.
- A few of our team are now in self-isolation either due to themselves or a family member not feeling well. If they are feeling well they will continue to work remotely but will not be available to go on-site.
- We are receiving a very high volume of tickets at the moment generally with regards to remote working. We are doing our very best to keep up with the volume of requests and would appreciate your patience at this difficult time.
- In order to help limit exposure to Covid-19 from yourselves and our staff, we are looking to minimise any on-site work where possible. This may mean an engineer will physically setup and connect equipment for it to then be configured remotely at a later time. We hope you will assist our team to make this as smooth and painless as possible.
